Metallic Replacement Columns
 ECS offers Pureflowsm silver recovery columns in several sizes. The most common size for 1-Hour Photo processing facilities is the PF-16t column, which contains 16 lbs. of steel wool, has a capacity of approximately 250 troy ounces of silver, and has a convenient top-in/top-out design. PF-16t columns measure 8.5 inches in diameter and 26.5 inches tall. Other sizes are available for less common applications. Because of the proprietary elements of the design of Pureflowsm columns, ECS charges a usage (license) fee for them, rather than selling them. All spent Pureflowsm columns must be returned to ECS or to an alternate facility, approved by ECS, for refining.
MS 1000 Pump Stations
The best in our line of metering stations, this fully automatic metering system can process up to 45 gallons per day. The MS1000 is designed to work with our PF-16t Silver Recovery Columns, but will work with all manufacturer’s silver recovery cartridges. This unit is equipped with a 10 gallon holding tank. Other tanks sizes are also available as a special order. Competitively priced, the MS 1000 recovers silver from bleach fix, E-6 and black and white photo chemistries. |
