ECS Refining is a fast growing leader in electronics recycling located in Stockton, CA. ECS takes electronic equipment and breaks it down to its valuable components using state-of- the-art equipment and methods.

We are seeking a Payroll-HR Coordinator to support our growing de-manufacturing operation. In this key role you will help employees on a day-to-day basis with questions on policy and pay. You will enter hires and terminations into the HRIS and coordinate final payment.  You will help employee with questions regarding their pay or hours worked,  and correct any discrepancies. You will also issue reports from our ADP Workforce Now Payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance systems in response to request for information internally and externally.

We are looking for an individual with at least three years previous CA payroll experience and who is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.   If you have the background and skills we are seeking, we’d love to hear from you.
