Enterprise Program Manager

ECS Refining is a fast growing leader in electronics recycling. ECS takes electronic equipment and breaks it down to its valuable components using state- of- the-art equipment and methods. 

ECS is seeking a talented Enterprise Program Manager to ensure our recycling programs are executed cost effectively to maximize recycle/resale value. In this role you will support pre-sales, ensure programs are spec’d and priced right and coordinate efficient and effective program launch. You will monitor on-going programs to ensure we adapt to changes, ensure customer satisfaction and expand our business beyond existing programs. In addition, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

We are looking for an individual with one to three years of Program Management experience.  Previous lean manufacturing and/or Recycling industry knowledge is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business preferred.
