ECS' family continues to grow. In early 1997, ECS added another facility located in downtown Dallas, Texas which is well-suited to serve clients throughout the United States. This facility accepts photographic wastes such as silver flake, metallic replacement columns, and photographic liquids with silver. On site these materials are refined into jeweler's grade silver shot, a form assuring the highest return possible.
Additionally, the Dallas facility accepts printed circuit boards and other precious metal-bearing scrap that can be recycled for their precious metal content or for compnent recovery. Many of these components are then resold to the computer manufacturing and repair industries.
Today ECS distinguishes itself with a customer base that contains some of the most notable companies in the world (several of whom are located in countries outside the United States) ECS has dedicated itself to our clients with customer service that is unparalled in the industry. We provide complete paperwork necessary to transport the hazardous wastes from the client's site to our facilities.
ECS has grown into a company with five (5) facilities. These facilities provide many specialized services including:
- Recycling of printed circuit boards and other electronic scrap;
- Recycling of tin and lead solder dross and tin residues;
- Chemical and metal waste treatment including tin-bearing solutions;
- Component recovery from electronic scrap;
- Dismantling and recycling of outdated electronic equipment;
- Assured destruction of sensitive metal-bearing materials;
- Recycling of silver-bearing photographic waste.
