At the Terrell facility, tin and lead residues are pyrometallurgically converted into metal products in a 60 ton rotary furnace. The metal produced in the rotary furnace is refined in one of 3 60-ton kettles and/or an electrolytic process and cast into ingots, allowing ECS to meet the product specifications of a variety of end users. This facility also has the capability to shred, sample, blend, and dry a wide variety of materials, including electronic scrap.
The Terrell facility maintains on-site a full service laboratory to analyze all incoming materials for conformance and payment terms, and all outgoing materials for compliance with client quality specifications. |
