Pureflowsm Technology Description Pureflowsm silver recovery technology was developed by ECS, and is covered by numerous patents and pending patent applications.  It has been in used in retail and commercial applications for over 5 years.  Pureflowsm technology can be applied to recover silver in a variety of ways, depending upon the volume and concentration of solution to be treated, including batch treatment in regional labs, large metallic replacement columns, with off-line activation using Pureflowsm chemistry, and smaller metallic replacement columns where all of the chemistry is contained within the column. Pureflowsm Silver Recovery Service ECS offers several silver recovery programs which include the use of Pureflowsm metallic replacement columns and ECS’ decanting and refining services.  Pump stations can also be included in these programs.  These range from self-service programs, where columns are shipped to and from the customer’s locations, to full-service programs, where ECS actually visits locations nationwide to install and replace the columns. Customer’s who are using these programs report average column silver loadings more than 2 times higher than conventional metallic replacement columns, and a dramatic drop in wastewater discharge violations.  Global settlements for customers with multiple locations, 2-4 times longer column life, and fewer discharge issues mean that much less of your time is required to manage your program. Silver Recovery Equipment ECS offers a growing line of silver recovery products, including metallic replacement columns in various sizes, pump stations, and component parts.
