Located at our processing center in Stockton, CA, you will manage the installation and maintenance of the production machines within the recycling facility. Use your problem solving skills to diagnose equipment problems and get machines back on track in a timely fashion. Work alongside the Engineering Director and General Manager to develop strategies and objectives for maximizing productivity and leveraging expenses. With an adept maintenance team under your direct supervision, you will have all the tools you need to be successful.

If you have significant maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial emphasis, and 2-5 years of maintenance management experience, then they want to hear from you!

ECS Refining excels at integration of size reduction and metal separation equipment into continuous processing systems to breakdown electronic waste and produce market ready residuals for sale to worldwide consumers. Most materials are shredded and then separated into scrap commodities (plastic, steel, copper, aluminum...) using a variety of Shredders, conveyors, balers, Automatic metal separation systems and Eddy current separation. Operations include a large number of Propane and electric forklifts, Baghouse and Cartridge style dust collection systems.

Maintenance experience with Shredders, crushers, ball mills, granulators, balers, furnaces, motorized conveyors, vibratory feeders, and shaker conveyors desirable but not mandatory.

Must be able to manage the needs of a 3 shift operation and available to work overtime and weekends as necessary.

Job Description

Entry Level Production Workers- $10.00/HR starting wage. Fulltime, 40 hrs/week, 4 X 10 Schedule. Electronic equipment teardown with the use of power tools. This is a temp-to- hire position. After one year, of accelerating pay, you will be at $11.00/hr.

Job Requirements

Lifting up to 75lbs in some jobs.
Ability to stand for long hours, dismantling electronics.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

Must pass Background check and Drug and Respirator fit test.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of verified work experience with good refereneces.

Payroll-HR Coordinator

ECS Refining is a fast growing leader in electronics recycling located in Stockton, CA. ECS takes electronic equipment and breaks it down to its valuable components using state-of- the-art equipment and methods.

We are seeking a Payroll-HR Coordinator to support our growing de-manufacturing operation. In this key role you will help employees on a day-to-day basis with questions on policy and pay. You will enter hires and terminations into the HRIS and coordinate final payment. You will help employee with questions regarding their pay or hours worked, and correct any discrepancies, coordinating with Payroll should an error be found. You will also issue reports from our ADP Workforce Now Payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance systems in response to request for information internally and externally.

We are looking for an individual with at least three years previous CA payroll experience and who is bi-lingual in Spanish and English. If you have the background and skills we are seeking, we’d love to hear from you.
