Jim spearheads the company’s ongoing expansion, oversees strategic planning for continued growth, and has been actively involved in several acquisitions. In 2002, Jim was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase the company’s focus on post-consumer electronics recycling. Prior to his tenure with ECS, Jim was a sales representative with Oxy Metals, a division of Hooker Chemical. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from San Diego State University.&lt;/p&gt;

Mark was most recently an operating company president with Danaher Corporation. While at Danaher, he ran several portfolio companies over 10 years, growing into new markets while expanding profitability by building teams and implementing sustainable and scalable processes.   Prior to Danaher, Mark was a Principal at The Boston Consulting group where he helped clients define new strategies and improve operations.   Mark started his career leading development teams in the automotive industry in Japan.   Mark has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a System Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.&lt;/p&gt;

He also develops and fosters ECS’ relationships with its outbound customers including smelters and metal processors.  Ken started his career as an accountant for Harris, Kerr, and Forester, and later served as an Accounting Manager for JC Resorts. Ken has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.&lt;/p&gt;

Before joining ECS, Mark participated in a venture with Global Electronics Recovery to launch an international recycling business. Mark’s extensive background includes executive roles at Aruba Wireless Networks, GlobalWare Solutions, and Wang Laboratories, as well as hardware and software companies including Xerox/Diablo. Mark also started his own VAR firm in Denver, Colorado in his early days. Mark attended University of Colorado and San Jose State University.&lt;/p&gt;

Diane has over twenty years of progressive Human Resources Management experience and has been highly successful in molding competitive and motivated work forces. Diane has been a member of several senior management teams within the food and high-technology industries, including at her last employer IDEX Corporation. As Diane progressed in her career, she has taken on additional responsibilities, including successfully leading several large acquisition integration projects, divisional change management initiatives, and due diligence activities. Diane has also led Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, IT and Human Resources functions. Diane holds a BS degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, and has also studied international business and Lean Manufacturing. In addition to being  a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a graduate of multiple commercial excellence programs, Diane also speaks Spanish.&lt;/p&gt;
