All Pureflow® silver recovery programs are designed to maximize your return on the recovery of your silver, to simplify monitoring your return, and to minimize the total time you must spend managing your program.  We also provide a toll-free customer service number to respond to questions your field personnel may have.  Because you install and replace the columns, Self-Service Programs are lower cost than Full Service Programs.  To review installation and change-out instructions for the original, bottom-in/top-out Pureflow® columns click here. Full Service Programs Customers who choose Pureflow® Full-Service Programs are typically those who do not have there own service technicians to install and replace columns.  Full Service Programs include the use of Pureflow® metallic replacement columns, ECS’ silver refining service, and the installation and replacement of the columns at your location.  ECS has a nationwide network of experienced service technicians network to install and change columns. Full service programs may also include the use and maintenance pump stations.  ECS can also track the usage of the columns, using information you provide, and recommend when the columns should be replaced.  All Pureflow® silver recovery programs are designed to maximize your return on the recovery of your silver, to simplify monitoring your return, and to minimize the total time you must spend managing your program.
